@Champ From LA! other than being a Cheese Bay fan, what makes you think he can’t play?

Garrett intrigues me the most of all the rooks. Sure his competition in college was non-existent, but he dominated week in, week out, “a man among boys” which is the first check mark. Plus his innate gifts are hard to defend, his sideline to sideline speed, his long frame, and his hand action will keep him from getting locked up. Being an edge free-lancer bodes well for him over the other positions on the field, where he can wreak havoc with his athleticism, while he’s still learning. And finally, teams will have to often double Donald and Floyd, which suggests a lot of one-to-one matchups for Garrett. We’ll see for sure in the preseason when he gets the reps against the other teams’ ones.

Rams fan….the guy was in Division 3, tape shows a guy that just runs AROUND tackles…never bull rushing D3 tackles…no spin moves, rip move is almost nonexistent, and he’s fairly slow for todays edge players…no length either….average measurables. Anything else you want from my “assessment” of Garrett’s skills?
