Good team win I have to say Carl Cheffers sucks 😕
He finally is staying healthy. I remember when he was the QB at Georgia Southern in their Triple Option system and they beat Florida at Gainesville. Tough as nails, so smart. I always liked him and now he’s healthy for the whole year so far (knock on wood), and we get to see what a great asset he is for the team.

Something needs to be done. It’s getting ridiculous. Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster was picked up and slammed to the ground, but no penalty was called. A Texans defender pushed tight end Travis Kelce’s head to the ground and Kelce was flagged for unnecessary roughness. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes was whipped down and it wasn’t roughing the passer. And when a Texans receiver trucked Thornhill at the goal line and knocked him down, Carl Cheffers called it illegal contact. It’s laughable how bad Cheffers and his team was. At least when it comes to the Chiefs. Google it.
@Carey Grayson Totally agree. One game, ok. A SB – ummm. Now this. If I could figure out how to officially get a group together to protest an officiating crew and ban them from the team for life, I would. But then – Pandora’s box. It’ll never happen. The league has to be more responsible, even to smaller market teams.

I love my Chiefs,but they have some serious stuff to work out if they expect to win in the playoffs! Play calling was hit or miss today. The refs did their darndest to help Houston though.
They’ve had homefield advantage the last 4 straight AFCCG’s I think they know how to play in the playoffs.
They will lose their first playoff game.

Getting called for 10 penalties for 120 yards, when KC usually only gets called for 5.1 penalties in a game, something is definitely up when Carl Cheffers officiates a KC game. KC is one of the teams that plays a cleaner brand of football compared to other teams in the NFL. I think some of the calls were BS and some things that should have been called that should have been penalized. I just want Patrick to be as well protected by the officials as well as Brady is protected. I’m glad we got the win and the game was quite a battle.
