Saw his stat line yesterday was like 57 total rush yards. 43 of them were after initial contact, that’s insane.

As a bears fan, I’m proud of the improvement, but we have so much more room for improvement as well. They easily could have scored two more touchdowns but had to settle for the FG
Literally we could’ve dropped 44 this game but didn’t score on our last drive and didn’t score on our last interception never the less still very happy with this game

Justin Fields game tonight was what Denver expected from Russell Wilson. His evasion, scrambling, success in broken plays and passing accuracy (not always pretty) were just outstanding.

Exactly, what the Patriots have done with Jones and Zappe, is that they have put these two in a box. They have coddled and controlled each one like robots. To be a great quarterback you have to improvise sometimes. Bill and Kraft don’t want any of that, but they praise the other QB’s on other teams that do when they win.

The only terrible take here is yours. And those Giants teams are a ridiculous false equivalency. They flat out cheated to “win” the game in 07 and got insanely lucky to win the second one. As mediocre as they were, they were still better than either of these teams. There is zero chance either of these teams make the Superbowl this year. ZERO. Highly unlikely they even make the playoffs. So, yes, these are meaningless games outside of the sense that we can gather intel about the players on each team and that they are getting experience at the NFL level. Wins and losses are completely irrelevant for both of these teams outside of draft position. They would both be better off losing as many games as possible.
Looks like the Bears really needed that mini-bye. Looked like a team I haven’t seen all season. Well done

Fields has great composure. Our crowd was a monster in the first half, pure chaos. A couple bad possessions on his part. But he never looked rattled and he bounced back from the tipped INT & a fumble. His mental fortitude is impressive, it is exactly what I want to see out of franchise quarterback. He’s smart and I’m sure he’s gonna learn from his mistakes tonight. I’m excited to see his development and growth. Got a really good staff behind him and they’re committed and so is he. Y’all real lucky to have this kid. Dude is growing but there’s gonna be much more highs and lows but I have faith in him but your fanbase needs to encourage him, y’all talk stupid every bad game. Nah lift this kid up he talented. He’s special and the QB position is a real fragile position to develop a superstar. The Bears fan base needs to chill, like the bills Fanbase did with Josh Allen. @Jacob W I don’t know what fans you’re running into because all I do is go into the comment sections of every post about the bears and fields just gets flamed. And no he’s not free of criticism, but he deserves maybe 25% of the blame when we lose. The other 75% is our team that we’ve surrounded him with, which is not good. It’s amazing that when the coaches play to his strengths, he plays his best all around game and we win. And we are literally only scratching the surface with his potential. Gotta stop using the Bears QB scapegoat because it has been going on too long. The ones who aren’t educated enough on the game always blame the qb when in reality its everything but the qb. He needs help and he got part of it from the coaches last night.

Yeah it took josh Allen about 25 starting games to click, JF is at 16 and Nagy messed a bunch of those games up for him. It’s a process but cat tear down all the time

This was such a fun game to watch tonight as a bears fan, especially with how our season has been going this year. We defended Halas record and Fields played an amazing game couldn’t have asked for a better game.
