I can’t think of anyone else that deserved this spot. This coach is going to bring special things to this organization. Can’t wait to watch this next year.
I truly believe this generation reacts and follows a different style of leadership than the NFL is use to, I personally have changed my leadership style in the military because of this and it has help me leaps and bounds. I think this young leadership is going to take us a long way.

It’s amazing that “old school” coaching (when players were nothing but employees) doesn’t take into consideration that today the TOP PAID players all laugh at a the old school “coach/manager” who earns just a fraction of top players income but who “order” these guys around. Guys like Coach Staley understand that “income/gazzilion $$ contract” can’t evermore be the measuring stick… that only believe&live that “relationships, competition, mission” is what bind hearts together… these are the leaders of the 21st Century!
