@LaBronco 75 honestly saying he was mediocre was being way too kind. Guantanamo the qb for Tennessee was hot garbage and killed palmers production. He’s a top 5 wideout and will produce on the chargers.
Telesco is drafting Mike Williams replacement and/or insurance just in case.
WR is kind of thin outside of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. I doubt Williams gets let go even if 2021 is poor

@MW no but Herbert did what he did with just needing the top 4 themselves. I don’t pass judgment on players till 3rd season in myself. But even saying Hill is great and Reed gets cut whom Palmer replaces. 3rd round pick could’ve been better spent on someone where depth is smaller than potentially someone starting at best our 6th WR.
This kid’s got potential I bet Keenan and Mike can help him and he will be a stud in no time. I just watched another highlight video of his very impressed with what I see. Not going to lie I never heard of him until he was drafted though

Sneaky good pick I suspect! Big body, decent speed, a feel for running clean routes, great balance and body control, and most of all, great hands! Felt like they could have gotten him 4th round, and gone defense instead. I have faith in the coaching staff; they will further develop everyone on the entire team!
