The last 2 weeks Carson showed that he can be a reliable game manager
I think once he gets a solid number 2 receiver and a full camp under him he will be going off…he’s had plenty of great play this year already

That was the plan at the start of the season. For him to be a game manager and let the ground game do its thing.
Unfortunately colts started the season banged up especially the oline but now every one is coming back and its the perfect time to make that playoff push.

Well once guys get healthy Parris Campbell, Ty along with Pitt they can do more deep shots but they will be there cause with JT going ham it will open more passes for Wentz and the offense!!

Although JT has taken alot more of the reps. The past 2 weeks Wentz hasnt had “Insane” stats but he hasnt been bad at all, Wentz has been clutch the past 2 games. That 3rd down sideline throw to Pittman last week, the 3rd down run he had where he tucked down and taken off for 18 Yards today, I dont think we wouldve won the game if Wentz didnt make that crazy scramble play, that changed the outcome imo
If he didn’t get it we still would of won they couldn’t stop Taylor
He’s managing the game.. & making a few big play’s from time 2 time. Colts make the playoffs We going need him to be better, but for now he’s doing a good job.
I agree with you, this was a pivotal moment. A lot of people wouldn’t understand that, but I completely agree. He doesn’t get that first down and the Bills get a chance to get the ball back and tie the game.
Carson Wentz and Frank Reich are really blossoming, as a pair.

They knew what we wanted to do, they prepared for what we wanted to do, they came in with the best defense in the league, they saw what we were doing all game and STILL couldn’t stop it. The only thing that stopped JT and this O-Line was the bench when the game was beyond reach.
