Yes, The Lions are a horrible franchise. I do think the Lions can be good if they can win these close games. They have legit talent and JW will be added to that receiver core next year. They should restructure the entire front office, and coaches. That worked out good for the Vikings.

All to familiar of a heartbreak for my lions fans. But man they showed fight today. They were so close to beating arguably the best team in the league. They weren’t going to do much this year as we expected, but wow they are showing growth and showing we can be a good football team in the very near future.

Yes they did. I didn’t think it would end up that close. The good news is the Lions are looking more like a contender now that Patricia is gone. Hopefully they get some good draft picks and can improve their roster. They have been in the doldrums for a long time and deserve to have a great year.

Great clutch catch by Stefon Diggs to set up the game winning field goal. And not to be overlooked is the assist by the young boy who Diggs brought down from the stands to help warm him up by playing catch before the game.. It’s those little things that count..

Diggs may have become underrated now because of the emergence of younger WRs like Jefferson and older guys like Cooper Kupp and Davante Adams. It wasn’t that long ago where people were arguing about whether or not Diggs may be the best WR in the league. He was getting put in those conversations a couple years ago or so with a couple other guys. He’s still elite

It was something going on with Diggs and Allen. That’s the first time I’ve seen them interact in a couple games if you pay attention those are the games buff lost.. No celebration after touchdowns or nothing. It’s good to see them back on the same page.

@The Legend I’m not sure. But the past couple of games they haven’t been seen with each other you know. They usually side by side. He wasn’t even throwing him the ball. I know he don’t make the play calls but still. Then you see at the end of this game the way they talking. Body language.
It was their biggest game since the 80’s.. and they showed up strong. I’m one proud Lions fan rn. Their record sucks but they’ve been a fun team to watch aside from a couple bad losses, they’ve been in it all season

I think this was a game more than worthy of Thanksgiving, despite me not even celebrating it; it’s not a thing in the Netherlands _at all_. So why I said all that? Because the whole opening ceremony and all the talk about the late John Madden sure as heck got me into a Holliday mood! And of course the game itself, it was impressive and a treat to watch!

Can we talk about the god-like tackle Singletary made after the ball was intercepted at 7:19? That kept the Lions back against the goal line, leading to the safety, and ultimately was a factor in the final score.
