Always thought it was,
RAC yards = run after catch
YAC yards = yards after (1st)contact

Our tight ends and even Gabe Davis want to improve YAC, while McKenzie, crowder, Shakir, and diggs should see the RAC increase on the slants and mesh (further in the route). But we’ll see what Josh and the receivers end up doing to see what exactly is improved in these areas. cannot wait.
