Why would he have to say that? Bruce has always been himself. We don’t need/want him to emulate any other coach. Especially one who can’t make the playoffs

@Brad Klockner u obviously don’t know anything about the Bucs outside of highlights from this year. This man took a team coming off consecutive 5-11 seasons and a culture of losing and got them to 7-9 last season with a QB responsible for 35 turnovers. This team was already trending up before Tom even came here. He’s a really good coach and anyone who says different doesn’t understand the game very well

@Heezo813 Problem is coaches, no matter how great they are, have never won a single game — they do not touch the ball. However, they can certainly lose the game for you.

@Fic Fab so coaches get no credit for putting players in the best position to execute plays? NFL is not like college where the most talented team wins coaches have to design ways to take advantage of the opposition on a consistent basis. Coaches can’t win a game but can lose one sounds absolutely ridiculous

Start by getting rid of BA. You have have a HOF slot wr. HOF TE. HOF QB. HOF WR outside. He some how managed to make this offense stagnate and predictable.

Any offensive lineman that can improve what Donovan does is good to me

Off-season we should try to get Brandon Scherff and draft this other underrated lineman name Sadarius Hutcherson in the 4th round if he’s still available .

Watch Brett Kollmann’s new video about the Chiefs. He explains that the Defense wanted to blitz Mahomes while keeping only one safety deep which Mahomes loves to throw against. However the moment the Bucs started using a two safety shell and keeping everything underneath, that’s when they started coming back. At the end it was too big of a difference to come back but with a plan like that in the SB (assuming both teams make it) then the Bucs have a real chance of winning it all.
