@I_tried we do need him. Godwin isn’t healthy. Evans isn’t either. Miller can’t take a #1 role. AB comes at a good time. I don’t think he’s irrelevant. Yeah his off the field issues is and always has been a concern. But why can’t he change with us? It’s not like he’s not elite. He’s still better than half of the leagues starters at wr. And we brought him in already having 2 elite receivers but their not healthy. He will definitely help us. The impact won’t be obvious in his first few games. He has an entire offense to learn on the fly. It’s gonna be hard. But if anyone can do it. He can. Assuming he’s focused. And from what BA is saying. He’s on board with what their doing so I do t see him being a problem other than a big problem on the field.

@BB Godwin might have to sign for less just to stick around. If he’s been paying attention they are 5-2 and he’s missed 3 plus games – and about to miss a couple more. Brady might restructure his contract if they win this year and it looks like they have a good chance of going to the bowl again next year.

@Vincent Wright he wasn’t brought in for rushing though. He’s for passing and 3rd downs. He’s situational. But you can’t tell me McCoy isn’t atleast good enough to be rostered compared to many other depth guys. Especially during a time when we’re sb bound. We need all the experience we can get. Now’s not the time to bring up too many inexperienced players. It’s win now or never win at all again. Next year we won’t have half of these guys on both sides of the ball. We have to win this super bowl this season.

@Brandon Harrell Scotty has the most in yards, but he Godwin has had almost as many targets and more catches and he’s missed 3 games plus a bit….Evans sees more targets as well…and is crushing Miller in the red zone.

He was dink and dunk because he had to be… in all the years he played, until this year, he only had one pro bowl caliber deep threat..Moss. He loves going deep and mixing it up. He just didn’t have the deep threats. He’d probably toss up 50/50 deep balls more to a Evans if Evans was healthy. When he lost that one deep ball vs Chicago that was worrying, although it wouldn’t have mattered since there was a holding. AB would have pulled that down..

@wakawaka1976 What I’m saying is that the dink and dunk is strategic…it slows down the rush because the LB’s can’t come and get you cuz you’ll just dump it in behind the line where they’re supposed to be and pick up 7+ …it means the DBs have to come down a bit and play tighter to the line which opens up your speed guys. With the Patriots maybe there wasn’t very many home run balls – but every year of his career he has been right in the mix with the 20+ yard throws regardless of who his receivers have been.
AB is not a 50/50 guy…he’s the same height as Scotty Miller ~5′ 10, Evans is about 7 inches taller. AB is fast, a great route runner and has really strong hands – and great body positioning when he is shielding coverage to make a catch. He’s also great in the open field after the catch.

He also know time of possesion is an important stat to consistently win and it let’s his defense test. It’s a win win to get the win

That’s what haters say but honestly if you were playing defense against Brady how you could you realistically guard against he can throw the long ball and dump off to his rb the way he does it is smooth as ever…..
