If Bucs don’t make the playoffs or don’t win a playoff game he should be fired along with Leftwich after the season. Both of them already don’t look up for the job so far this season. It doesn’t inspire confidence this coaching staff can take this team all the way when they get so badly out coached by Sean Payton for the 4th time in a row. Offense still doesn’t have an identity after 9 games.
And then after firing Arians and Leftwich, the Bucs hire Bill Belichick, and then the grand scheme of Emperor Hoodie will be complete.
