@Spr_Bam not sure if he thru but the reason they don’t release him is because they don’t want any other team wrap him in the post season. I believe if AB is released those playoff teams will get him into 1 or 2 game , even with AB present on the field will draw much defensive coverage already

Bruce knows that having AB, Mike, Chris and Gronk makes them unstoppable and that’s why they’re not cutting AB.
@Eric Pospichal so we got to rely on 4 players and only had 2. So the 2 didn’t do anything? On top of that the saints had little to none of their A Team due to injuries and they didn’t have their first two quarterbacks. We lost because the saints owned us. Regardless this is gonna be a close game.
I wish you are right! As much as i have no defence for AB in this matter considering he was signed on a 0 tolerance policy, i really hope that we don’t cut him.
@Collin Cobb first the Staints didn’t own us. We lost by 9. That’s not getting own. Second our defense was at 60% and we didn’t have AB and Gronk but even with that. What killed us was plenties. We had 11 plenties vs the 2 they had. 6 of those plenties was free first downs and 2 of them ended with Staints touchdowns. We beat ourselves. Had we not committed those plenties the Staints score would’ve been cut in half.
@Collin Cobb That has nothing to do with the OP’s comment. We should not have lost that game to a 3rd string QB. Again the comment was: “having AB, Mike, Chris and Gronk makes them unstoppable and that’s why their not cutting AB.” There was nothing said even discussing the Saints or excusing any losses. All I did was agree with the OP’s statement. I really don’t understand where you are coming from.

I would think that BA would want to hang on to AB at least until the end of the season to prevent anyone else in the race from having him. Personally, I think this is mild for AB and he should return for next season as well.
BA should not only keep AB , he should sign AB long term now on the cheap as long as Tom is here . Ghost! The Bucs should find a way sign Tom, Gronk , AB and Lenny for the next 3 years . They can be signed at a reasonable price and they will be worth their weight in GOLD!
I doubt AB gets cut. Bruce knows a lot of the players on this team are really only here to chase rings, losing AB could be the difference between winning a SB and not winning. You don’t do something like that unless you HAVE to.
