First. I think Coach handled this presser perfectly. Second. AB did what he did, is paying the price for it and now its time to move on and stop making a big deal out of it.

@pro lol What Rogers did isn’t a felony, having a fake vaccination card is. The one positive going in AB’s favor is that Chris Broussard said that he heard Antonio showed up at Camp with the card but then went and got the vaccination anyway. Did he get the vaccination because he decided not to put his teammates at risk or was it because of the possible felony charge, only AB knows the answer to that question.

@Lincoln Velasquez Nah it wasn’t him. Media has the choice to ask whatever. Most would continue to to pry with questions esp if it’s a hot take. They did a good job. Coach was no different then any other press conference.

For once the media didn’t focus on the story instead focused on the team and the next game. Media job is always follow the story. You don’t see them not do that very often.
If they’re really trying to win another super bowl they better keep AB around for the post season run. They’re going to need him to beat teams like Green Bay and Arizona especially if they have to go on the road to play those teams. Mike Evans and Goodwin are good but they’re not great at beating their man consistently. The Bucs offense doesn’t scheme receivers open and depend on their receivers to win their matchups, AB is their best receiver at winning matchups. Without him you will see a lot of what happened in Washington and the first Saints game. With all that being said AB has to stop doing dumb things that can easily be avoided. Although it’s not as big a deal as the media would like to portray it, there was no point in him doing that

He didn’t play in either Green Bay game last year and the Bucs won them both. The Bucs offense absolutely schemes receivers open. Anyone that has watched how they move Godwin around would know this. They would also know that his name is Godwin and not Goodwin. Anyone that believes that the Bucs need AB to win hasn’t spent much time watching the Bucs. They just regurgitate sports media. I would advise more time on actual Buccaneer forums instead of YouTube or Reddit.
That was last year. I highly doubt they’re going to Green Bay this year without AB and win that game. There’s a crowd this year and the Bucs D isn’t playing close to the level they were last year. The offense had a much harder time scoring against the Saints and packers without AB. Brady threw 3 picks for a reason

The offense is struggling at times against mediocre defenses. Tom trust AB and Gronk more than Evans and Goodwin, you see a lot of passes deflected off hands and interceptions when he throws to Evans. They aren’t always on the same page. They would be scoring much more points with AB on the field.

I agree. I haven’t been a fan of his antics over the years but I have his back on this one. It’s BS what they are pushing on these players. Rodgers realty with it too.

Arians better not let the media guilt him into cutting AB. They would love for AB to be gone so they don’t have to cover another buccaneers Super Bowl. You know how after every fumble or dropped ball Chris Godwin comes up with a big play??? That is going to be AB for the remainder for the season. He will want to do good for the team and obviously for Tom who vouched for him.

Cutting AB would be what every other playoff team would want the Bucs to do. You should never do what the other teams want you to do. That alone should be enough for the team to let him serve his suspension then come back and join the team for the remainder of the season
I’m usually not a fan of AB’s antics but this Covid BS is getting outta control. Players are being pressured into what the Federal Government wants them to do. I spent 10 years snd 3 combat operations for this country to have the right of freedom to chose. If abortion is my body my choice, then the vax should be too. I know technically it is, but it’s not at the same time.

So…apparently it’s ok if your name is Aaron Rodgers. I’ve been a bucs fan since a child. Antonio Brown is a game changer and the bucs need to realize that and protect one of their best assets.
