@K1LL0L0GY 101in order to be a good *franchise* a team has to be consistent each season, but there can certainly be years where traditionally mediocre or bad franchises have good teams. Take the Falcons for example, over the last 16 years they’ve had 6 winning seasons but have actually been a truly elite team for a few of those years. The 49ers are like that as well- mostly down with some phenomenal seasons. One good season literally makes a team good for that season.
