@DEATH VloneB fym I hated kitchens from the jump. They hired him because he was bakers buddy and it was clear it was the wrong move. Stefanski is a perfect scheme fit and is well respected.

@Jesse Warshak he was also hired because he would be a puppet for John Dorsey. A veteran coach or an analytics guy like Stefanski would want some roster control and Dorsey apparently did not like that.

@DEATH VloneB reading comprehension is not a strong suit I see. The original point was that everyone gets hyped up and then Cleveland disappoints by losing. They have been delivering on the losing part, but there was no hype around this team until 2018/2019. The last time there was hype was 2009. Everyone knew they were gonna stink from 2011 – 2017. I mean they were intentionally trying to lose in 2016 and 2017 to get draft capital. Those were tank years.

I think Stefanski will set up an orderly system in how he manages the team, which has been much needed.. But I kinda fear maybe he might turn out to be too orderly. Possibly be stale in his play designs and play calling, and never use an occasional trick play or something.. Just a thought of caution.
He already said he’s open to bringing in new guys and handing off play-calling if needed. After Kitchens, I don’t want any trick plays or big shot play designs.
@ArtKrishnamurti I can see why you wouldn’t want any trick plays and stuff after Kitchens. But they were done well in 2018.. I’ve just heard a bit from a few Vikings fans about how their offense would sometimes run the same stuff over and over, even when it wasn’t working. I definitely don’t want to see that.

At first I was a little skeptical on Stefanski but after the draft and FA I’m more than happy he’s in Cleveland. A massive upgrade from Kitchens and it’s not even close.
Browns should cut chris hubbard sign jason peters then sign clay matthews and Larry warford and we will be great
the NFL.needs to start an A and B league.so that these lower class teams might have something to look forward to.sad the browns and bengals and some of the other teams.know there just fall guys for the upper class teams .try your best brownies.hopefully 6-8 wins this year.
