As bad as Baker was, Stefanski also gets the blame for that very last drive. With 3 timeouts and less than a minute, the Browns choose to pass 3 times ending with a pick to seal the game. Why not run the ball to field goal range with Chubb or D’Ernest Johnson?

@Robert Janko I have criticized Stefanski’s play calling but Njoku was wide open on two occasions on that last drive and Baker flat out missed him. I can’t blame Stefanski for trusting his qb who wants $45M a year.

@LiveWireRed B. Troy Aikman explained the impact of the left shoulder injury and how it impacts throws…think I am going to believe a qb of his experience. Why not blame the coaching staff for lack of a dependable kicking game? Baker was unusually off…but holds did not help along with drops and slips. The sacks did not help.

@LiveWireRed B. Good Question, he should honestly be a backup QB. And during that last drive, the RB’s should have been the focal point of the offense.

@R. J. JohnsonHey, I’m not thrilled about it either; Bengals took the Packers to OT and their kicker missed one more field goals than Crosby, the Browns were on the same final drive they were in the opener against KC and, again, (our) QB threw an INT to end the game.
The Browns SHOULD HAVE easily won the division this year.
Burrow would have, and still has a chance to.
If the Chiefs & Browns both win out
