I love the coaching staff for our New York Giants. Who would’ve thought that Daniel Jones could actually play in this league and win if only he had a good coaching staff from day one. Instead, he was given backwash after backwash.
The way Daboll speaks of Jones makes me think he’ll be back next season, despite how badly some people want him gone. And I don’t believe Daboll is just being PC when speaking of Jones.
I don’t see why they would get rid of him with an 8-5-1 record with barely any top receivers available.
I think they came into it thinking they would be drafting one think that’s mostly why they got tyrod taylor but he had impressed the coaching staff I think daboll is sold on him but schoen is still unsure as he didn’t draft him
@kingfulness Schoen is kind of stuck in a tough spot, eh? Does he risk it and ride with someone he didnt draft or does he try to start fresh at QB?? But I think Jones play this year has warranted a two or three year deal. I don’t think there’s really any QB worth giving up any draft capital for, and there’s no QB free agent that I care for them to go out and get. Some popular mentions I’ve seen are Lamar Jackson and Jimmy G. Both would be a no for me. And I just don’t see how people think Jimmy G is an upgrade over Jones.
