As a broncos fan this seems fairly decent to take a chance at a quarterback for a 6th round pick.
@DeCorian Davis The Bills didn’t make the playoffs for 17 years and are now getting their breakthrough after years of not doing anything. The Broncos were Super Bowl champions 5 years ago and now they are in a rebuild while looking for their franchise QB. You can’t compare these teams because they are at two different spots as organizations.

I feel like this is a signal they’re trading Lock and still getting a QB. A veteran for fields or one of the many project guys to sit behind instead of a midrange back up trying to start.
Lock doesn’t have much trade value.

@Post Stalone Why invest money in a backup when you get your guy anyway. The last time a bridge QB actually” worked” was Alex Smith at KC.
