@Sumting Wong The numbers he’s been putting up have been while his receivers have been injured and have been in and out of games. Last game was really the first in which Evans and Godwin have both been on the field and been mostly healthy. Godwin is injured again and won’t play this week.

Right now he’s good for around 15-10th place and his placement isn’t that high up the list. But for that they factor beyond 10 yards to classify as a deep ball. Pro football reference and next gen have slightly different numbers though.

I was a huge skeptic of Tom Brady being the Goat just because I had a lot of faith in Belichick as being the master mind. I didn’t ever say Tom wasn’t great I would put him up against Peyton and debate but being 8 games in and Tom is still slinging it on a different team. Granted, Bruce is a Super Bowl winning coach. I’m favoring Brady, in my mind, more and more as the GOAT
And now look at the Pats. Just shows how much of our success was actually Brady and Brady alone for the most part, especially in the 2010s.
@William Reynolds Especially 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 when the defense was suspect and one of the worst. He carried them so hard those years!

Definitely. As a bills fan I’m happy he is out of the division. Even the conference for that matter. Anyone who says he isn’t that good is just saying that. Watched him so many times over the years and he sees things no one else does.

If you don’t take into account how long he’ll play vs some of the other top guns, is there anyone you’d rather have as your trigger man? As soon as the receiver bit on the out move he knew his guy was going to be open and let the ball go. As a receiver you are turning around to show the QB you’re open and the ball is already halfway to you. The only way you can defend stuff like that is to get to him before he can get rid of the ball.
