@Angelo Geremia no eh’s about it. Sutton is a beast and with the weapons he has, they can be a top offense. They were doubling Sutton when he was healthy. With the emergence of Hamler, Jeudy, Tim Patrick and Fant, they should be on fire next year.

@Angelo Geremia well you have a 14 game sample size to draw from and the last game he had similar to this was against Houston in his 2nd start. We do need time which is why the ceiling is high for him. Keep in mind he’s had 2 OC’s in 14 games
For sure. He’s pretty pissed a lot of players are pissed for being hurt all year. So best believe when he’s back everyone popping off in 2021

@Prod. Psycho patience is key and Drew showed brains over brawn in Carolina. Just a matter of feeding the ball underneath and Shurmur getting him going on rhythm throws in order to open up the long ball later on. Barring a few plays, it was a great game all around from Pat Shurmur calling the plays.

I think he has been a victim of offensive coordinator on his team changing every year from his college time to present otherwise he has all the tools to go into shootout with Mahomes and Herbert in their division and even win

I think people need to stop calling Drew Lock a bust. He’s still in only his SECOND season. The Broncos I think might be a dangerous team next year if they can get their players back from injury.
@Jamal Murray #BlueArrow #MileHighBasketball A quarterback shouldn’t have to adjust to an OC. An OC needs to come in that fits Lock’s playstyle. I, personally think, is decent for Lock, and their chemistry has grown over the season, and pat is adjusting his play calls to how Lock knows how to play football.

Barring Stefon Diggs and Davante Adams, easily Jerry Jeudy is the best route runner in football.. wish Shurmur would use him more but it is only year 1 for him and he’s got a developing QB throwing it to him along with his attention doubling due to the Broncos losing Courtland Sutton early on

@Jamal Murray #BlueArrow #MileHighBasketball yea Shurmur Farley gives him slants or double move routes. Still has a habit of trying to go vertical with Jeudy. It’s hard to cover his route running in zone. He makes you jump the routes early. He showed that in college. He still has an issue creating separation in man but he will improve. The only thing I want to see Jeudy work on is going to the pass … a lot of times this season he’s had plays where had he just went to the ball it would’ve been a catch … might be cuz he had Tua accuracy in college but sometimes you gotta help the QB out a little by putting in extra effort to make the catch … his hands have gotten better. He only has what 3 drops. But a lot of catches early in the season he wouldn’t secure the catch properly or take to long doing it and would miss out on YAC yards… but bright future for that guy forreal.

Drew Lock has the tools, great arm and mobile when he needs to be. Where he needs to improve is be consistent with his foot work and pocket awareness. When he steps into his throws, he is accurate and has a canon. Give him time, a good OC and he’ll be not only a good but great franchise QB.
