Everyone Poles drafts sounds highly intelligent and mature. And that doesn’t surprise me. He and Eberfluse have talked about wanting guys who love the game, work hard, and who are good teammates. I love the influx of young talent coming in this organization and I love some of the veterans they already have such as Mooney, Roquan, Monty, Fields, and Lucas Patrick. They are building a great culture here and a lot of people overlook how vitally important that is to both individual and team success. The difference between a boom and a bust draft pick, or a good player and a great player is more often than not what is inside that player.
Seems like a really good young man. Hope he pans out for the Bears and becomes our Trent Williams/ Jason Peters type player.
