If you have a good defense, you play consistent, smart, football. Decrease turnovers and stay disciplined. No need to beat yourselves. Playoff football is what we are watching and it’s our teams identity. We are an technical, smart, tough team. Not the greatest show on turf.

Not really, Chargers defense still ranked #21. They have been playing better defense during this 3 game winning streak. Don’t forget they still have a negative point differential.

Staley has really been turning it around in the last month. Defense has been lights out and aggressive and shows no sign of slowing down. Offense is mid and needs to improve (starting by getting rid of Lombardi) but a healthy Chargers team is a dangerous one. Hell of a win tonight boys Bolt up!! ⚡️⚡️

@innyp Shane is an OC now, so unless he gets fired which is not going to happen, the Chargers won’t be able to talk to him. Plus he wants to be a HC.
@Mando Lombardi is from that same Saints coaching tree. Same scheme, same playbook. Plus Payton would replace Staley, for me that is a Huge Pass. Payton won one SB. He would have to be traded for, likely a 1st rounder. Then he wants a salary of $20+ Mill.
I think Joe Brady, current Bills QB Coach, former OC in Carolina, architect of the Elite LSU Offense in 2019 that combined Burrow with Jefferson and Chase is the best possibility. He got his start in Nolo also but has had great success adding a vertical element to this offensive scheme.
The real issues, are to add two speed receivers, improve the run game (more consistent), add more depth to the O-Line, pass blocking needs to be more consistent.
the chargers need to look at some offensive film from last year when they were healthy and able to score !!! and when they finally get a lead again push on the gas pedal already 🤯🤯🤯🤯!!! So happy chargers in the playoffs already by week 16 !!!

This is a bad win for the chargers. Luckily the defense was alive today .For some reason Lombardi was confused about his calls. Staley should evaluate his offense for he has a lot of weapons and players are getting with the possibility of Bosa’s availability during the playoff . Give kudos for the defense

I am a bit frustrated with the drive killing penalties and mistakes on the offensive line. At this point in the season we should not have any false starts or holding penalties. I also cannot wait until Slater is back. Sayler is doing a good job but we need that side locked right down.
