As a Chargers fan good game chiefs. And as a Chargers fan I’m telling you ever since the longer Lombardi continue to call the offense these game will be repeating itself and every week it’s the same piss poor calling and no fix on run defense…. Idk how much as fans truly can take this. Something need to change and something needs to happen after this or the season is over.

As a Chargers fan I don’t expect the team to ever go far with Telasco, Staley, & Lombardi. It’s a negative domino effect as Telasco hired Staley who then wanted Lombardi.
Dude, you should know it’s the franchise and it’s losing culture. Players and coaches change, but the way thing that never changes is the choking when it matters. Need new ownership with a winning culture.

@Original One 5-5 2 heartbreaking losses in a row but here’s this well go 7-5 in da next 2 games we face Arizona cardinals next week and the Las Vegas fadiers in 2 weeks we sweep the faiders and defeat the cardinals then we build our momentum up and hopefully defeat the dolphins in week 14 show dolphins why they shoulda picked herbert over tua at the end of the day herbert is the better QB but at the same time our defense are born to fail we have a few good players on defense like k-mack joey bosa witch I dont think will be there asante but we need more but atleast sebastian Joseph day was popping off vs chiefs we need him too do that same thing for the rest of the season mike Williams is good but they need too know that just because allen in ready for a return doesn’t mean the Williams would be he got injured in his first reception vs kc cause hes simply not ready to be back yet i know having them both back at the same time would be amazing but it’d be even better if they were both ready and not just 1 of them if Williams was ready i honestly feel like we woulda won cause that’s more targets for herbert idk man well have too see tho after all chargers started 4-1 last season and still no playoff making team so i have faith itd be different this season but again they have too step up thier game
@N H are you just saying random crap? The top team in the AFC West was Broncos Peyton Manning and McCoy did go into Denver prime time beat em with Ryan Matthew and Manti Te’o and got us to the playoffs lol. That’s more accomplish then these last two seasons.

The offense disappeared in the third quarter AGAIN. It happens every damn game! What is up with that? There were critical coaching mistakes like not going for it on 4th and literally inches from near our 40. Yes it’s our side of the field but a QB sneak & it’s first down.
The fraud defense guru Staley does it in weird uncalled for situations but he doesn’t do that when it actually made sense he’s a clueless inexperienced head coach and so is Dumbardi
Why didn’t they bleed the clock at the goal line? Could have burned those Chiefs timeouts then taken a shot at the endzone. If it doesn’t work kick the FG and go to OT

The Chargers have to win 7 in a row to make the playoffs at 12-5 or at least go 6-1 and possibly get in at 11-6 anything is possible but it’s looking like no playoffs for the 2nd straight season with Brandon Staley as our coach

@baliscotsurf that and he doesn’t have Aaron Donald and or Jalen Ramsey. I love Bosa, Mack, Tranquil and Derwin, there shouldn’t be lapses like this year and the Raider game last year. This team has struggled to stop the run for over a decade.

Things will never change with this guy at the helm. He is no match for Andy Reid. For two years I have watched this defense give up huge chunks of yardage. On 3rd down they can’t get off the field. Last KC drive Staley dropped 8 in coverage. Patrick just picked them apart. KC averaged 6.0 yards per carry, and 485 yards of total offense. No telling how many yards we would have given up if Staley wasn’t a defense genius. Chargers last drive Reid brought the house. Herbert never had a chance. Sad to say this guy is going to be around awhile. Welcome to the world of 500 at best.

Kelce schooled DJ on a few occasions and Staley still didn’t make the necessary adjustments throughout the game.
Staleys inability to get his Defense off the field in critical moments is quite alarming. Get your side of the ball right!
I agree totally I mean it’s just ridiculous I’ve been watching this team for 40 plus years that I’ve never seen a team give up more third down and longs and this team gives up year after year after year after year was disgusting to watch mahomes throw 24 yards down the field and complete pass after pass after big pass is this chargers defense sucks

The fact that not one reporter in the press conference asked Staley why he left Kelce One on One in the Red Zone on the game winning drive is unfit to ask questions. Staley “Mr. Defensive Guru” basically set Derwin James up to get burnt like breakfast toast. Then Derwin is on the sideline trying to hide his face from embarrassment because his coach too is incompetent to understand situational football. They only needed a 37sec stop from scoring a TD. This is a perfect example on why this coaching staff is terrible, incapable, and incompetent. This staff needs to find another job. Preferably not in football.

4th and inches in on own 35 should have gone for it. To keep the football on offense and just as important save the defense some snaps to prevent defense from being gassed at end of game.
Chargers stepped up their game from last week and almost won. Keep it up against slightly inferior teams (Cards, Raiders, Colts, Rams, and Broncos) to finish at 9-8 or better. A win against the Titans and/or Dolphs would be an upset!
How do you leave the middle of the field that wide open with Mahomes on the other side on that last drive for the Chiefs? How? Why does this always happen?
Same old story they beat us at the end. And always with Kelce. We could not stay healthy this year. We need to make it to post season. I think even Ekeler is hurt.
I feel like Ground Hog Day, the Chargers come back and take the lead with time left on the clock. Mahomes passes to Keice and touchdown. Seems they could call out the play to our defense and we still can’t stop them. I turned off the game in the middle of the fourth quarter and kept my eye on the score on my iPad. We’re so close, I thought we could break the cycle this year but at least I know we can compete and I believe we will break the cycle in the near future. Congratulations to KC, enjoy your time in the sun just like New England used to. On to the next game.
I don’t understand how we didn’t bring a safety down into zone coverage on that last touchdown. James is man to man with Kelce (ALREADY 2 TD’s) and it’s obviously going to be a crossing route to jam the man-on-man coverage. The easiest throw, the easiest play, to their best player… I am by no means a defensive coach but even I could see that coming before the snap. It’s kind of embarrassing.

As a fan I hate that I knew we were going to lose when the chiefs got the ball back with enough time on the clock. I believe this team could of been a 7-3 or 9-1.
I’m a Chargers fan and will continue to stick with them forever but by gosh this team needs to learn to defend. You can’t let that happen against the Chiefs or anyone for that matter. Let’s go Bolts!! Cheers from Alberta 🇨🇦🏈⚡
