Gonna say this now and i fully believe this. Obviously i want the chargers to go to the playoffs but Win or lose i am proud of this team this year and it will only get better next year. We are finishing this season with a positive Win/Loss Season for Staleys First HC year. and Herberts only 2nd year. This has been already a tremendous difference compared to Lynns Scheme. Thank you Herbert/Staley and the rest of the Chargers. Proud of ya”ll this year and the progress.
Good to know Pipkins improved a lot. Quessenberry, Pipkins, and Norton improved their game. However, we still need to reinforce more from the O line

I really hope that they are all zoned in for the run. I didn’t really like the slow start we had and all those three and outs we had when Broncos gave us the ball. We are not going to go far if we play like that all these playoff teams are not gonna be a walk in the park. We gotta be 100℅ .
