We’re in the middle of an incredibly tough two games in 5 days. The first hurdle was a great success getting that win against the #FTRaiders. Coach Staley unveiled the new, incredible defense (6 sacks, many pressures, 3 interceptions & only 64 yards rushing).
In 4 days we face hurdle #2… a very tough road test against the Chiefs who just dismantled the AZ Cardinals. Of course a win at Arrowhead would be spectacular but getting through these 5 days 1-1 would not be a failure.
Actually, after Thursday, the team has 10 days to rest and analyze the tape from those two tough, divisional games. The defense will have great info to refine their game and the offensive line will also have 2 games and 10 days to refine their game. On Sept 25, verse the Jaguars, the real 2022 edition of the LA Chargers will be unveiled! The season will really get rolling then!

Lets go chargers!!! This win was great but lets face it, 3 turnovers with nothing to show for it and the raiders almost came back is a red flag. I’m happy the chargers defense looks legit but we’ll have to be on our A game to win against the chiefs. Can’t underestimate them. Looking forward to the chargers getting the W next week. The Chargers scored a TD to Carter to end the first half after the first TO. They missed a FG after another. The 3rd, the drive started at the 2 yard line. There was a dropped pass that didn’t allow the Chargers to continue that drive.
Pretty genius using Derwin that way on key downs. Taking away Adams on 4th down with 2 of your best DBs it what allowed Mack to get the sack. Staley is next level.
Chiefs fan here. I’m excited for this one. Should be electric…. I just hope nobody gets injured! Definitely think the chiefs handle business, but the bolts and the bills are always tight games with the chiefs… if Herbert’s on it’ll be real close I think

I could be wrong but i think we have started against 2 div opponents within the first 3 weeks for like the last 5 years if not more. It seems we always play KC or the Raiders at the end of the year for at least the last 5. That’s why this the best Div in football.
Even if the chargers lose to the chiefs this week, they should get Keenan and Jc for week 3 against Jacksonville
Just make sure that when we get that 21 point lead we keep that 21 point lead instead of pissing it away like we always do!
