This looks like a massive upgrade at coach. Lynn is a good guy but he was not ready to be a head coach and it showed especially late in games last year.
@Alex yep, we can’t predict the future but with what I’m seeing now, he’s making sure every single player in this roster feels important. And that says a lot💯

This is so much more of an engaging practice than anything I ever saw Anthony Lynn run. Staley is going to bring out the best of these players
Love seeing coach Staley interacting with players on a personal level 1 on 1, you can tell he tries to connect with each and every one
