Sheila is certainly not her mother guys. She’s spoken to the fanbase more in the last few months than her mother did in her entire tenure as principal owner. The Chris Speilman and Barry Sanders hire was just the beginning.
Martha had one hire i believe if she was her daughter’s age then she would’ve been no different. She’s absolutely just as much as invested as her daughter is she just got it wrong.
@Damone Hardy I can somewhat agree with that. I don’t put full blame on Martha but it just didn’t seem like she cares and is as invested as her daughter is. Atleast if she was, she didn’t show it.

Was nice of Rod and Sheila to at least ask their GM what his opinion might be on a head coach. Most G.M.’s are given that resposibility, being as how it is kind of part of their job, and sort of important. SMH Vigorously!

As I listened to this, I started liking this guy more and more. I love his approach of servant leadership. Every great leader has also been willing to serve. The future is looking bright
