@Greg O’Leary yes dialing back is good however, other than that I don’t understand your question? You mean with regard to football? Or managing teams of people and developing talent? Or recognizing textbook human behaviors? Something else? Because if you wish to clarify I will be happy to provide years of real life experience and credentials. If not thanks for pointing out dialing it back now is a good idea.
I’d say they did the right thing by waiting. If they made a move sooner we would have had to give up draft capital. Being patient is not only smart but staying true to staying the course and trusting the process. One Pride FGB

Holmes was smart enough to admit a mistake and cut bait on Boyle, Blough and Benson. He is the best Lions GM in my lifetime and I am 64

I need more of this. 43 years of being a Lions fan and this is just gold. What gives me confidence this year? This front office. They understand that 3-14 isn’t good enough.
Since We now have the “Greatest Front Office/Coaching Staff” in Lions history I better at least see the Playoffs this Year or I’m not buying it. I absolutely Love MCDC but as it stands IMO Jim Caldwell is the Standard for Us.
They didn’t mention Austin Bryant but did mention all the other Des including Julian Okwara.
The reporters was doing good asking questions about individual players…Then they start asking for expectations and playoffs 😒 …I get it everyone wants this team to be good but they would be foolish to say “Yea were gonna go 11-6 and host a playoff game” smh..
