Nagy needs to put his pride to the side and see what an offense run by Lazor would look like.
I honestly think Lazor should be the playcaller. Nagy is a good coach but is trash at play calling.
Nagy brings great energy to this team but he needs to let Lazor play call. Nagy has not proved to be good at doing both.
This guy comes out like a real coach lol you can tell he likes to teach and coach. Nagy says he likes people on the staff who keep each other accountable, Bill Lazor seems like one who can check Nagy on his playcalling and offense. I hope he helps Nagy improve this offense
