BB has totally intimidated this press pool into NOT asking any questions about pertinent personnel (players, coaches, and administrative staff), player performance, or specific expectations.

    GOLDENBEAR82

    @william giberson
    Regardless of what they think BB is or isn’t going to give them they still need to do their job and ask the tough questions.
    If they’re not gonna do that they shouldn’t even go to the PC.

    Peter Killam

    @GOLDENBEAR82 When they get drilled 40-12 this Sunday I’m sure they’ll ask Bill… “So Bill you didn’t talk too much about the Steelers 80’s to 90’s kicking game much…”

    GOLDENBEAR82

    @Peter Killam
    😂

    Amit Agarwal

    Its a sport. This isn’t congress. Just enjoy the game and stress about other things in life like inflation, impending cancer, death, etc.

    Anthony

    Which I love. All his pressers now are basically history lessons and it’s awesome.

Vote Symba

if our defense comes out embarassing (dont care about the O they need chemistry more than anything) i will not be a new england patriots fan on monday.

Belichick in his element

Hire a GM, Robert

ashton luck

Oline needs to protect Mac. Defense needs to pressure Mitch an force him to turn the ball over an we’ll win.

Patriots’ Bill Belichick
Season: 23rd | Record: 0-1
It’s time we really start reckoning with the fact that the NFL may be passing Belichick by. No one can dispute his place among all-time greats, but it’s now been over three years since “The Hoodie” won a playoff game, and his decision to apparently double and triple down on a defense-first strategy since then has literally left his new QB, Mac Jones, battered and confused. Belichick is too smart for the Pats to crumble completely, but his presence no longer instills fear in opposing sidelines. credit: CBS Sports

    You have time to jump off the bandwagon.

    Brian Keane

    @Ashton Luck die hards dont jump off band wagons we support our teams i sat in a blizzard in the old sullivan stadium like im new to this tfoh

    Ashton Luck

    @Brian Keane I’m a bandwagoner I’ve been a fan 5 years. I deserve the best

    tony e

    Nothing has passed him by! He was a head coach for five full seasons before Brady and he was under .500 with one playoff win. Since brady left he has been under .500 again. This is who he is! It is a very large sample size.

    Ashton Luck

    @tony e what a genius you are. 👏

My question: On the strip sack leading to a Dolphin TD,…. HH released at the line without picking up the safety. Should he have chipped that safety at the LOS? Or, is this an adjustment that will need to be made going forward to help the O-line?

    vipahman

    He should have chipped if he has football IQ and did not have a specific assignment, which it seemed he didn’t. The game is so fast that everyone makes mistakes.

    Ashton Luck

    @vipahman yeah you were in thr huddle and know everyone soecific assignments. Thanks for input

vipahman

First Steelers game without Brady or Roethlisberger in ages.

vipahman

The main problem with our loss in Miami was that we did not have 2 high safeties on most plays in the first half (have not analyzed 2nd half). That caused the CBs to play 7-10 yards off the line of scrimmage and made the under routes easy picking for Tua. Not sure what Belichick’s plan was but it was a failure. Isn’t 2 high safeties always a strategy when the opposition has 2 WRs that are #1 WRs (Hill and Waddle).

    GOLDENBEAR82

    That is NOT the “main problem” in the loss to Miami.
    The “main problem” is that the offense is not prepared to compete well enough to win.
    The defense held a talent laden Miami Offensive roster to just 20 points.
    Sure, they can improve, but if the offense can only score 7 points in the game with the O-line allowing Jones little opportunity to consistently throw without getting knocked down, it’s gonna be a long season.

His act is tired and the results on the field show it time for a change

    Ty_

    what is your act? He’s the greatest of all time.

jbonez74

Matt Patricia ruining the offense and benching KBourne is just the beginning of the end for this once great dynasty.

Edward Teach
