No reason at all for Newton to start. Possibly the worst Qb in the League. Never heard of a team keep a QB as their starter who has 5 TD and 10 int with a 79.6 rating.

Really?!! Well he isn’t the worst! He needs offensive help as well. This year has been challenging for him especially coming off of Covid. He should be given another shot coming off a full off season preparation. I believe he will be more improved next season!

I agree with the reporter to an extent. I think the reason they keep asking is because Cam Newton is absolute trash and most other teams would have at least tried to see what Stidham can do. Wtf did we draft him for? To sit behind a guy who did nothing because he has experience in the league, how many games did he single handedly cost New England. Give the kid a real shot. Wtf
