John Madden once told a story about one of his linemen after a game. He noticed the lineman throwing a $20 bill into a toilet. John was concerned that something might be wrong with the guy because sometimes players are a bit off and they do funny things after a game. The guy was staring down into the toilet when John walked over and asked him why he threw a $20 bill into the toilet. The lineman said, “I dropped a quarter down in there. And I’m not sticking my hand down in there just for a quarter.”
