Drake is a good quick hitter but they can draft another Drake in R3-R4 just as he was drafted. Do not overspend on a running back by committee. Vets will get cut as well that they can cherry pick for system.

To anyone who wants Lamb: we’re better off signing Robby Anderson from free agency and using our high draft pick on a defensive player than we are wasting a high draft pick on a WR. Or, we could draft a WR in the 2nd round. But we need to draft defensively in the first round
I don’t think we should sign robby anderson. I think it would be a better idea to address the wide receiver position in the second round.

Simmons would be perf. But Okudah or top dL would be good too. If they’re not there, then best tackle. Get a reciever in the second or 3rd round
@sedric lopez we don’t need okudah. We have a solid veteran in Robert alford and a promising corner in byron murphy, and of course the greatest cornerback of the 2010s. I’d say if simmons is off the board, go for derrick brown. If neither of those 2 are there, draft lamb. It’s too much of a risk to draft linemen in the early rounds imo.
if Drake is smart he’ll see that the system helped him play better and that there isn’t another system like the Cards plus teams aren’t willing to pay RB high money i can see him getting like an $8 million a year for 3 years kind of deal but i have high hopes DJ has a better year cause we can’t cut him and we’ll get boned on a trade deal for him

If the cardinals office was smart, they should’ve played david Johnson during the season over drake. That way drake didn’t get head over heels that he’s really good and its mostly kingsburys schemes and they could’ve signed him on a cheap deal.

The Cardinals only did well when they could establish the run so I’m not sure about abandoning the RB’s when they both are great RB’s. I’d say keep Drake and trade DJ. Drake was excellent last year
