Remember we’ve said going into the 2011 season, yes we made the playoffs but then we were mediocre for the whole decade. Hopefully the 2020 lions ain’t the beginning of the end, in 2018 they had a roster shortage and a new staff, the 2019 squad had its own problems like; missing backups, drug addict refs, too many injuries, some starters were suspended, and our defense could’ve been better but we wouldn’t have gone 3-12-1 if all that didn’t happen. The main blame in 2020 is the patriot guys and now that they r gone we can actually rebuild off a good regime

Can’t help but think his comments about work and fun not being mutually exclusive are directly referring to Putztricia. Hated that guy from the moment I heard him give BS answers in the interviews. At least Bevell is straight with it-lets go!

Wouldn’t hold my breath about that. Just as likely guys start shutting things down mentally/physically over last month of year though I do think may want to get some revenge on Bears for heartbreaking losses to them last two years.

He’ll need to stop dropping wide open game winning TD’s, and be healthy more than 50% of the time. Hopefully that was all just bad coaching, but I don’t have much faith in this roster. Detroit has turned into the ultimate island of misfit toys. Don’t even get me started on Okudah, that guy might replace Tony Mandarich before he’s done here.

@Mick Dundee appreciate it. I do think this is prob staffords last year as a lion it’ll be a few years before we rid ourselves of all the issues patricia put us in. I think things will be looking better for us in a few years
