Why do you even count last season with the turmoil and volatile unethical head coach situation who also has never called nfl games before. That environment ruins the whole team. That’s what he inherited as a rookie. This is his first season realistically. Last year needs to be forgotten.
I think Doug will help him ascend this year. Big things coming for him

Andre Rodriguez I have to say the AFC South might be a competitive conference this year and stingley played great.
@Brad I will admit he does look better and more comfortable in the pocket. He just needs to get consistency with his accuracy. Cuz what you said it won’t happen all the time right now is false. It happened this game, it happened first preseason game, and it happened all last year. Right now it’s an issue until he shows it’s not. He is improving which is great and I think he can overcome it but I won’t ignore that consistency with accuracy is a lil bit of an issue right now for him

Elite as far as dink and dunk passes go. That word is thrown around so loosely it’s lost all meaning. Everyone is elite!

No better coach for a young QB in the NFL than Doug Pederson. Take it from an Eagles fan, Jags fans. Pederson got a bad rap in his last couple seasons in Philly unfairly because the team was absolutely decimated with injury where at times most of our best players were guys who were on the practice squad. He’s a real players coach and does wonders with QBs
Trevor is the truth! Glad to say I was at Clemson to watch him play throughout his college career

Those two passes where he threaded the needle over defenders show that this guy is truly elite. I’m not a jacksonville fan, but I’ll be watching trevor this year to see how well he does.
Plus that little finger wave to the defender who thought he almost had an interception shows he has that confidence too
