Get some O-linemen to protect him and some more weapons to use and we might see the best offense the Bears have ever had.
We need a tack and that’s basically it. Get a tackle in 2nd, maybe a wr in the 3rd and some defensive pieces in the 6th

He ALREADY is. As a 58 yr old Bears fan since birth, I was darn near crying once they announced the Bears were on the clock at pick 11. I figured it had to be for Fields.
Missing out on Mahomes was downright heartbreaking but I’m glad the Bears didn’t F*** it up a second time even if it did cost them some draft capital. A possible franchise qb heals a lot of wounds.

As much as we want him to start as qb1, he needs to learn first. NFL is a whole new level. Let him learn from the vet.

Bears aren’t that bad with their interior offensive line with Cody Whitehair, Sam Mustipher, Alex Bars and James Daniels coming back. But please, please draft an offensive tackle. In fact draft 2 if you must. If you think you got a franchise qb then protect what you just got. Period.
