This may sound weird, but the absence of Rashod Bateman and Mark Andrews might be the best thing for this Ravens offense. The creativity in the playcalling when those 2 went out was great. The passing concepts were phenomenal.

I hate to say this but the offense looked A WHOLE LOT better when Andrews went out. It forced Lamar to go through all his reads and find the open man instead of forcing it.
I think it just for forced Greg to actually be creative in play calling and make good adjustments, Lamar loves Mark and Greg lacks creativity most of the time lol

Ravens adjusted well, then balled out. Running game was solid.

@mindyourbiz it didn’t give TB a chance to adjust at halftime, they didn’t even show their hand till 3rd qtr..tough to adjust to what you haven’t seen. Maybe it was a brilliant game plan? I dunno.

@Firearms Education Exactly. Why did he wait until the 2nd half? That 2019 Titans playoff loss still stings, where they left him out to dry. I truly believe a new OC would take Lamar to the next level.

Seeing GRo actually make adjustments was amazing. I was calling him out all first half. He got creative and the offense took over in the 2nd half. Props to them. If he can make adjustments like this in every game they need to, look out NFL…

Like Richard Sherman said last night, post game.. Ravens were definitely experimenting in the 1st half. Tryna see what works and what doesn’t. Coulda definitely been running the ball the whole game, but they wanted to try some different things. 2nd half, they came out and ran the ball at will and with ease really.. I think this was the game that turns things around.

It’s honestly impressive how the ravens def locked tf up after that first TD and then the offense balled out after half this is the team I expected this year
This was probably my favorite game by Lamar even more than the Rams game in L.A. Adversity reveals true character. Likely, Robinson, Drake, Hill, Edwards, and the whole offense played as a unit to get this win.
