To people not sold on baker, I want to put it into perspective, has anyone taken a look at Cleveland’s all time passers recently? If you haven’t, baker is 5th all time in touchdowns and yards in franchise history, and first in QBR if you put any stock into that. Thats where he ranks out of all 58 browns qbs to start atleast one game in franchise history. Anyone who thinks we could find someone better than mayfield is crazy. Dude plays with heart and never gave up on Cleveland like so many other players have. And with obj gone, bakers going to prove it to everyone that he’s our franchise quarterback once and for all. I truly believe that.

    Another perspective is desipite the Browns offensive inconsistencies this year, just looking at Baker, he has a QB rating off 99, 8 TDS which are low i part because we run the ball a lot when close to the goal line…but here is the big stat. 3 interceptions in eight games…just THREE. Not turning the ball over is huge….and he had a few fumbles with the shoulder injury, but seems to be protecting the ball better now.

It was awesome to see Baker’s teammates have his back like he does for them. OBJ revealed himself as a total jerk. It’s laughable he wants to go to a contender but he never wants to put in the hard work to achieve the goal.
