I hope they keep giving him lead blockers. Our WR/TE’s are doing great getting some blocks, especially when in motion before the snap. Maybe if the chargers drop the QB3 and sign a fullback?

@Alexis Gaxiola I can’t remember who it was but the chargers kept a backup QB last year to mentor Herbert; I was under the impression he was still with the team taking up a valuable roster slot

Couldn’t have been a reach no matter what. He was the 2nd best player at the most important position in fantasy.
I hate how little respect Ek gets outside of our chargers fandom. He’s actually one of the premiere running backs of the league that opposing teams have entire defensive plans around yet nobody on the air ever talks properly about him. I love how humble he is, but at some point the guy just deserves more attention.
