@adrian haysbert The Falcons have the 31st ranked pass defense so Burrow and the receivers are gonna build a 21 point lead in the first half thus making the Falcons have to throw to play catch up. When you claim someone knows what they are talking about, make sure you investigate the down side which for the Falcons is they can’t stop the pass which is not good if you gotta play Burrow and his dominating receiving core, the Saints ran for 235 yards on us but we still won the game because they couldn’t stop Burrow and your pass defense is even worse thank the Saints so what do u think is going to happen. last week was the only time they stopped the pass But jimmy g aint no Burrow obviously because he has lost his starting job twice. Burrow is going to torch your defense guaranteed.
run defense is a bend don’t break run all you want between the 20’s then clamp it down

Bully Mariota’s stats are downright pedestrian. That’s why Falcons fandom are agitating for Ridder to start. But no matter how you spin it, Joe Burrow, despite a down year, is still superior to Marcus Mariota as a QB
I’m a falcons fan so obviously picking Falcons but when I think about it, I can see it going either way depending on game script. It will all come down to the Falcons moving the ball. If they Falcons can’t run it at all, this could get ugly but if they can run in even to the tune of like 4 yds a carry, bengals probably catching an L. Bengals should be doing everything they can to make it a track meet and Falcons should be trying to make it a fight in a phone booth.

I think Arthur is gonna come out with a solid game plan. We’re going to need to pressure tf out of Burrow. And we will run the ball. I’ll say ATL 30 CIN 24. ATL +1 turnover ratio. Mariota rushes for a TD and throws another. A TD for Huntley and Algeier. And burrow throws for over 300 yards, mostly in garbage time. Falcons defense is the difference maker
Saints just got 6.7 per run last game and lost. Not that simple. It’s up to the Bengals high power offense playing as well as they did last week

For everyone saying Atl won because injuries listen to Sport Media to much, We lost our #1 and 2 Db during that game and we were playing with our BACK up HB and Pitt was limited to less then 12 plays. those two DB’s u lost during the game are terrible, the Falcons are ranked 31st in the league in pass defense lol, those were not key injuries at all.

Jimmy G has lost his starting job twice now for a reason he only got it back because lance got hurt for the year in week 1

I am one of many Falcons fans that had low to no expectations this year, let me say that it has been one helluva weird year, but a delightful one at that, watching them has been fun, I don’t know what to expect and quite frankly it’s been a blast. Good hard nosed by the book football.
Been the same as a Seahawks fan, losses don’t even hurt when you have no expectations

100% man. Falcons have been very fun to watch. Even when they lose and or are losing, they continue to fight. Absolutely love this team and I can’t for the next few years, but for now, I’m excited to see what they can do for the rest of this season.

As long as all three star WRs and Burrow are all healthy for Sunday, I find it hard to believe the Bengals get lower than 30 points.
The problem comes from their defense… While their defense has been pretty stingy with pass defense, their run defense… leaves something to be desired, especially if Wilson is out.
I could definitely see this being a fairly high scoring affair, with Falcons getting over 25 points on the Bengals (will be only the 2nd team to score that high on them this year).
I’ll predict a 31-28 Bengals victory.

@Kevin Evans this is why I said numbers are skewed. Jimmy G got 100 or so yards last week when they were down 14 points and we were keeping everything in front of us. I do think Joe will have some success but most of our yards come from dump off passes to running backs or crossing routes. We haven’t given up 50&60 yard bombs yet.

regardless of the outcome, the Falcons have made every game this year interesting and close. Maybe the win over the 9ers was a sign that everything is starting to click and play calling is finally matching the strengths of the players

As a falcons fan, i have a ton of respect for this bengals team, i was rooting for them to win the super bowl last year and honestly they deserved to win it but came up short, looking at this matchup they have a great team, i love what my falcons have been doing this year, if we can repeat what we did last week i can see us getting the win, not going to be an easy game but hopefully terrell is good to go, we need to limit their passing game especially with chase and boyd and higgins, on offense, running the ball should be dominant, huntley and allgier should get a lot of carries, this is going to be a tough game and especially because we are on the road but i believe in this team.
