Gotta love the fight that this team has. Regardless of how we played today. We came back and found ways to make it a game. Yes it was only 18-21 But, we have to remember there is turnaround coming. I believe in this team day in and day out! TYLER what a day! ⚔️🔴⚫️⚪️! #FALCONSFANFOLIFE😤
Ridder could’ve played better but im actually happy with what he did right, considering he’s a rookie i think he’s just gonna get better, provided that the oline, receivers and defense step up, and tyler is insane bro, i love his running style and it seems like he always makes positive yards when he touches the ball!
Done…. thanks Dean Pees for the swiss cheese NO JAM at the line defense. Dean, enjoy your retirement after this season.

I was the biggest Ridder supporter and I still am but if he looks like he did this game for the next 3 games, I’d totally be down trading Ridder+2nd for Jordan Love or Trey Lance.
Ridder gets to sit behind Rodgers for 2-3 years and learn more, clearly he isn’t ready yet and we get a better QB for next year when we go “all-in”.
We need pass protection way before we get invest on a QB. Right now it doesn’t mater who is back there, they cant be elite. Mariota did a hell of a job though.

Arthur Smith hasn’t had any money to spend on talent since he came to Atlanta lol hes not going anywhere. The mentality and culture he’s brought to the Falcons cant be bought. Throw in some actual talent we’ll be hitting on something. To say otherwise makes me believe y’all dont understand any part of football. Besides the freeman and Coleman year we haven’t had a run game since Turner. We dont have a qb or a oline no receivers. No defense outside of Grady and Terrell one year average at best roster fillers. Have to have money to acquire good position players we set the league record last year in dead money. Yall are silly, to think another coach could take this talentless roster and do more than Smith or pees has is absurd. Realistically no one should expect anything until the 2024-2025 season if we’re losing by mid season that year he’ll be gone.
You see how Roger’s has faired without one of the most talented wideouts in devante Adams, why’d you think he’d be better here? Roger’s is old and washed up. Without that top talent hes average we dont have that top talent we’d be just as good paying Ridders little salary and spending money elsewhere. Look at san Fran all a team needs is a shut down defense a good run game and a qb that can manage the game without turning the ball over
Oline sucks at pass blocking. Ridder will get better when that gets fixed. He just needs to learn to throw it away on busted pass plays. London needs to learn to sit down on first down receptions when trying to win games in the 4th quarter. He coughed it up for the L. Defense needs to be more consistent in pass coverage and stop giving up big plays

I think by the close games the team is confident I just think stable QB play is the answer. I couldn’t watch the game today but was there any real difference if Marcus had played? Believe me I was rooting for him but he just too inconsistent on throws.
@Robert Sims marcus been inconsistent true but at the same time been one of the players that help the team. is anyone in this team top 50 at their position? No one so its hard to be consistent when everyone around is consistently average. Coaching included. This team got so much potential thk thats the sad part
@hahah lol we gotta a few. I would think Grady and AJ surely they are top 50 in their position but Marcus is having surgery I think. We gotta a lot of potential but this team right now is not built to overcome mistakes. We have to be on point all the time. Just the fact how close all out games have been. Well we here now… hope for the best

Another tough loss but Ridder toughed out his first start against a team rival in their stadium. We drafted Ridder because Aurthur thought he would be the future franchise qb with his sheme. Mariota was only ever a one year starter anyway at best while Ridder was learning. It’s best that we go ahead and see if Ridder is what coach thinks he can be this season because we aren’t a playoff team. We are a work in progress and so is Ridder. This way now if Ridder is a bust we can know that we still haven’t found our next franchise qb for Aurthurs scheme. Which means we can be looking in this off-season. If he turns out looking great by the end of the season then good now we know he’s our franchise qb and we’ve got that covered. Playing him now is a win win. A few rookie mistakes cost this game but they have to learn somehow. Can we really know if Ridder is the one in just a few weeks of starting? Thats a good question and one I dont envy coach Aurthur for having to make. I trust in Aurthur as our coach though. Go falcons
Ridders job is game manager at this point. Hand the ball off to your BIG3. As soon as he gets comfortable as the starter then A. Smith will take off the training wheels.
Love seeing Ridder actually throwing ahead of the receivers on crossing routes.
This has to stop… mm was not the problem… ridder look like a 3rd rounder… and his ceiling isn’t that high… are we expecting this guy to fix all the other problems… dude..mm got us in the position to make playoffs… mm get blamed for everything… offensive line miss blocks, defense missing tackles…. I guess Matt Ryan and mm is the blame for that too… ridder is not the answer or mm… but we gave up on the season as soon as we made ridder the starter!!!
