Dan quin is a players coach, he’s not going to have good game plans. The year the Falcons went to the Super Bowl we had kyle Shanahan as our offensive coordinator and we set all kinds of records.

How is he not fired this should have been before the season
As a dolphins fan who had to put up with him before, and then seeing gase just doing the same thing on the jets, it baffles me why he is still there lol
If you fire him you are doing him a favour because he gets a paid vacation keep him so he can suffer through this bad season than let him go.

Isaiah Oliver’s the worst. Not only do people get open all the time on him, he hesitates to tackle or lay out to stop anyone. Seen like every game and he’s always the one looking scared. Usually waits for someone else to make the tackle. Rarely helps gang tackle.
The right DB coach can groom and develop Oliver. The talent and ability are there but has no confidence at the moment. REMEMBER: Vick, Julio and Deion made mistakes and needed time to come around too.
@ms t I might agree if his only issue was technique. He doesn’t show the “want to”. I’ve seen him slow down way too many times and watch a teammate try to tackle instead of getting in on the action. He’s not in the same universe as Deion. He doesn’t get to make “business decisions” on the field. He does nothing well…
Falcons will win their next game because he’s gone. An example of this good luck is the Texans firing Bill.

As a Falcons fan, I would like to see them lose out and then get either Trevor Lawrence or Justin Fields in the draft. Then they should trade Matt Ryan for a 1st rounder in that same draft. Maybe even deal Julio for a couple more 1st rounders and nab Ja’marr Chase. I expect a complete rebuild but they need to lose out to get that early 1st rounder to replace Ryan. My falcons will probably screw that up though and go 8-8 or 7-9 again though. 😆

Arthur Blank fired both Dan Quinn and the GM. Arthur Blank is a very generous owner and deserves much better than people who just want to collect a paycheck. Best Wishes to Arthur Blank on the new coaching search there are a lot of exciting ones out there.

Arthur is the problem with the team and the reason for the results the past few seasons. Stayed with a GM that has proven all the way back to the Mike Smith days he can’t draft (can you say Sam Baker??). Stayed with a coach that brought 7-9 results year after year (because Thomas told him to??). Overpaid skill position player like Ryan, Devonte Freeman, and Julio which killed the ability to reinforce weak position areas. Meanwhile, he and his girlfriend and grandkids dancing on the field during games. If you want high quality ownership, look at the Braves who put in place a great GM and Manager and the results show!

I Totally agree…The Falcons had Brady’s number … pressure, pressure pressure…and in the second half .. the whole team went on prevent defense… I would of went to jail if I was at the first Ram Patriots Superbowl when Martz called prevent D against Brady… I would of ran out on to the field and grabbed London Fletcher’s facemask …F the prevent….BLITZ BLIYZ BLITZ….
