Coach Williams is doing a phenomenal job with the special teams unit, truly he’s very under appreciated but considering his knowledge and how he has brought Avery Williams along for us to trust him while we could be depending on CP for return duties says a lot. Thank you coach.

Defense need more work, opponents have 3rd and 17 or 19 and makes the 1st down, so why our players not making the plays to prevent a 1st down and they are playing so far back.

Coach Dean Pees is the type of coach to somewhat deflect some accountability but will leave you feeling convinced things can be better, I say that to say this. Pees is all about positivity for the media but I’m very sure behind closed doors it’s pressing that mentality to his staff and players. Those guys go out and play hard every week and it shows. The defense is growing and fans need to give it some time. We are so ahead of schedule the media has to find negative things to bring up. We’re a good team and if you watch football you know it. Consistency and execution going forward is major.

Coach Ragone also deserves tons of credit. People aren’t realizing the genius in him. However we need that genius and not self sabotaging ego to translate to better play calling and game management. No reason we should have stopped running the ball last week when the chargers couldn’t stop it. But hopefully Dave is learning from this and grows from this experience.

Appreciate the honesty Dean, the defense does do many things well…. but I will be honest too. Any defensive coordinator should understand how important 3rd down is to both teams. My challenge, since we are honest here, gloves off….. shadow the New England (5-4) secondary tape from last week on 3rd down vs. our unit (4-5) on 3rd down. Play them like that Dean and watch what happens in the W-L column. Dave, just run the ball till they have everyone on the line trying to stop the run…. then you nail them everywhere on the field with your digital dart board. Turn them loose Arthur….. go after the win.

I love Dean. Whoever defensive back coaches needs a raise. He is coaching those corner backs up. Good job of scouting also 👍🏾👍🏾

Pee’s is literally doing the best he can with what he has and it absolutely evident for those who can actually disect the stats and plays made. We are better than what we should be at this point in the year. Get’em coach.
