Look for the Dolphins to make a move in the draft for a more complete Tight End. Its obvious Gesicki is going to walk. We are not going to resign him. He is a liability in this offense, but will work in some other offenses. Mike will get paid, but Miami did him no favors with targets, so I imagine he will guess less than he had hoped. We’ve had TEs in the past history of the Dolphins that didn’t block Keith Jackson, Rand McMichael and there’s been others just 2 examples.
@Samuel Rosa I agree, but never in this type of offense. It is critical that they run block, pass block and can beat man coverage.
@Jamesteele in this offense or any offense to close out games you must run the football. You must keep your opponents offense off the field because our defense has been banged up for a while now and the running game is used to keep the opponents offense off the field. In the playoffs its crucial and its crucial in regular season games as well.
