Wow, it certainty seems that the title matches what he is doing. He seems like the bridge between the OC and the rest of the Offensive unit. Kinda like the secondary play caller and game planner.
I have never seen a positional coach give so many props to other position groups such as OL and ST. Usually they think TE as their own unit, which is why so many TEs become WR nowadays.
TEs should know the second most after the QB as they are the glue between the OL and the WRs.
