AS is not getting everybody involved in the offense, nor is he making a serious attempt to do so. He needs to figure something out to get some real balance back in his game plan for every game, not just an occasional game. If not, there are more Bengal beatdowns in the Falcons’ future.
Why cant you except the fact the Bengals are simply a better team. To expect this team to beat a team like the Bengals is unrealistic.
@Richard Pierce It isn’t unrealistic for the coach to try to win, and Smith didn’t try. The Bengals aren’t unbeatable, they lost to the Stealers.

@Sean Lewis you’re correct. That’s the issue. It would be nice to have 4 and 5 man routes but the line simply can’t hold up. When the falcons hit the big pass to Byrd, the Bengals only rushed 3.

@Sean Lewis I’ve learned those fans are either Matt Ryan lovers or Desmond Ridder lovers. That’s it. Mariota has been the best QB in the division if we’re being honest.

@Sean Lewis Why not let him learn on the field, while we rebuild. Get a relationship with out young pass catcher. But most importantly, see what we have because there are some great QB prospects in this next draft, so we should evaluated what we have now.

He says the same thing every post game it’s not about stats it’s about winning as he says right than WHY are we down in a ball game & we are still running the ball when we need more than two scores. An this game we threw 13 times & last game 14 times he doesn’t trust Marcus to throw than why do we have him & he’s fumbled the snap so many times, like simple mechanics & when Mariota talks all he keeps saying is we need to get better no he needs to do is part lead by example. An my God throw that ball same & it doesn’t have to be 40 times but more than 13 or 14 like keep the defense honest even my fiancé knows when they are going to run the ball. Like throw the ball some & that opens up more room to run the ball but if you barely throw as a defense you NO fear of the pass so they are definitely not focused on the pass. An why did we draft London if that was the case we should have drafted a RB or another DT, CB or LB
He will never throw the ball, because Smith doesn’t believe in it. He had Mariota in Tennessee, and he knew what his limitation were. This is the offense he wants. But we shouldn’t have drafted London, and we should trade him and Pitts because they are useless in his offense.
All Falcons have to do to secure the division is trade the weak link to the glue factory and sign a much better quarterback
Doesn’t matter who is playing QB, Smith doesn’t have any intentions on throwing the ball. If we trade anyone, it will be Pitts.
