    To be fair, it was a good play call, KP was wide open for the TD. That would have been a fantastic play if Mariota was a good QB

    @Tree Very True BUT we should’ve Kept Milking the Clock and Keep Shuffling CP TA and CH. It didn’t work out for KP Twice before that Last one so we should’ve Just ran it. But also something tells Me we Purposely Threw that Game.

This team and the talent therein has to be so frustrating for Coach Smith and Coach Pees. Take a deep breath gentleman, with 75 million set for 2023 cap space and several good draft picks to come things will start looking up.

With the incredible play calling, that keeps us atleast within striking distance people forget we were supposed to be the worst team in the NFL this year, during this rebuild. For those who discredit Smith’s passing calls when we should be “running” generally Pitts or Byrd, London etc. Are a half yard or more ahead of the defending DB. Out of Smith’s control that Mariota misses. I guarantee Mariota makes those passes during practice.

    @tcc ab what does your statement have to do with me saying 75 million in cap space lol. You are just calling for one player to be rotated out. We need more help than one player alone can bring. Unless Ridder can play o-line, and defense as well.

    Personally I wouldnt care if Ridder started next game. Wouldn’t bother me in the least.

Yesterday was a tough loss but like Coach says “it’s the NFL”. Every team is loaded with talent; 4 games yesterday ended up close at 20-17. Sometimes the breaks fall in your favor and the next second it goes the other way. Every game is different; despite winning last week against the Panthers, they too know what they need to do to overcome this week. Clutch game this short week…learn and overcome! Again, it’s not all about the QB…it’s the TEAM!

I’m so tired of people blaming Mariota. It’s funny how people want to stick a rookie in with OUR offensive line who is ranked 22 in the NFL. We lost by a damn field goal people if kue wouldn’t have missed we are still in the game. If we wouldn’t have fumbled the ball after we picked up the chargers turnover, we are still in the game. Mariota does everything he can to win, if people can’t see that as evidence in damn near every game in the 4th quarter then that’s sad. We used to lay down and die in the 4th quarter before, not anymore. We actually look like a contending team now.
