One of the underrated things about this coach is his interaction with the media. He has a nice balance to him when dealing with those guys. If you read between the lines I think he is saying to CP through the media i let the staff work that out.

Coach Smith is a guy that loves to coach and is going to do it his way. And you can tell money is not an issue with him so he don’t care who likes what he does or not. I really like it.
I love coach’s “Do your job Attitude”, Keep grinding coach and hold the players/staff accountable for their play.
