In the AFC North, you have to have a great O line. Your runners will not run, if people aren’t there to block for them. A great O line, can make an adequate to good Running back look very good. The reason why Pouncey moved on is because he was not playing the way he felt he should be playing. Meaning he was not the dominate center he felt the team needed him to be. Is there one in the draft? I don’t know. But the way to tell is what type of yardage the running back get. Did he allow a lot of sacks. Did he dominate in bowl games or playoff games that resulted in wins. and was he disciplined, a team player and durable throughout the course of his college career. Find the type of player and or players and you go with him.

Getting a back who is really good and consistent that can run and catch would be HUGE for Ben and we desperately need that back. That could really be the spark we need. We were so close when we had AB n Bell but we gave up on ourselves and each other. We need to find a way to get back to that without the big head cancer!
