White pop 150 m 55% around 17 million males 18 -35
32 team making 3 or 4 black coaches what you expect .
But since 3/4 players play long careers and so many white players career ends in hs coaching is the only avenue to stay in the game .

I remember Shell as a couch. He was ok not great. I also remember Al Davis was not the best owner to work for. He didn’t give Shell complete control
